Class Descriptions
Level 1
Little or no experience? Reasonably physically fit? Appreciate that stiffness is a place of beginning, not an excuse to stay put? Let’s get started.
Level 1/2
Designed to advance the practice of students with some yoga experience. (Six months recommended.) Focus on standing poses, hip and shoulder opening, simple backbends and inversions.
Level 2
More difficult backbends, inversions and twists introduced; deepening understanding of standing poses. One year yoga practice recommended.
Level 2/3
Our most advanced class. More challenging poses (inversions, backbends, balances); heightened subtlety of exploration of poses.
Vinyasa/Flow
Need to keep moving? This dynamic class will keep you flowing from pose to pose until even you are ready to come down, calm down and deeply relax. Some yoga experience recommended.
Easy Does It
For anyone looking for a gentle, slower-paced class, including mobility challenged and older adults. Focus on flexibility, openness, mindfulness and relaxation.
