Class Descriptions
Level 1
Little or no experience? Reasonably physically fit? Appreciate that stiffness is a place of beginning, not an excuse to stay put? Let’s get started.
Level 1/2
Designed to advance the practice of students with some yoga experience. (Six months recommended.) Focus on standing poses, hip and shoulder opening, simple backbends and inversions.
Level 2
More difficult backbends, inversions and twists introduced; deepening understanding of standing poses. One year yoga practice recommended.
Patterns: Body & Breath
The body has its own intelligence; so too does the breath. Tapping into both of these we will work with familiar poses looking for greater ease in our yoga practice. Suitable for anyone with some yoga experience and interest in exploration.
